No. Ernie’s will contact you to confirm availability, the final price, delivery or collection and payment before your order is accepted.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is free to Padiham addresses. A small fee applies beyond Padiham, and UK-wide delivery may be available for suitable items. Please enquire.

How much notice do you need?

As much notice as possible is helpful, especially for weddings, funeral flowers and bespoke work. Short-notice requests may still be possible.

Will my arrangement match the photograph?

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so arrangements may vary. Suitable alternatives may be suggested while maintaining your requested style, colours and budget wherever possible.

Can you deliver to a funeral home?

Yes. Include the funeral home, service date and time in your request and Ernie’s will confirm the delivery arrangements.

How do flower clubs work?

Choose your preferred bouquet value and frequency, then submit a Flower Club Enquiry. There is no automatic recurring payment; Ernie’s will contact you to confirm arrangements.
