Returns & Cancellations
Please contact Ernie’s as soon as possible if your plans change or there is a problem with your order.
Fresh and bespoke flowers
Flowers are perishable and many arrangements are made especially for you, so they cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly on 07747 792515 or at erniesfloraldesign@gmail.com. If preparation or purchasing has begun, we may be unable to cancel or may need to retain reasonable costs already incurred. We will explain this before confirming the outcome.
Problems with an order
Please contact us promptly with your order reference and, where helpful, photographs. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy where required.
Workshops and clubs
Separate cancellation terms apply to workshops and recurring Flower Club memberships. Please read those terms before booking or joining.
