Your booking

Your place is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking reference. Please check the workshop, date, time, venue and number of guests before paying.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Because materials and refreshments are prepared in advance, refunds or transfers depend on the notice given and whether the place can be filled. We will confirm the available options when you contact us.

If Ernie’s cancels

If we must cancel or materially change a workshop, we will contact booked customers and offer a suitable transfer or refund.

Accessibility, allergies and safety

Please tell us when booking about allergies, access needs or anything else relevant to taking part safely. Workshop materials and tools must be used in accordance with the florist’s guidance.
